We currently deliver across India.

Our shipping services cover most cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During festive seasons, sale events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products (if available) may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline will be communicated during or after your order is placed.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp containing your tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact information, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery may be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item,

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your request, kindly provide:

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • A complete unboxing video

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, eligible cases may qualify for a replacement, subject to product availability.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Order modifications or cancellations are accepted only before the order has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
